Vanessa

Dental Assistant

You can find me in the office assisting Dr. Rayburn, doing general patient care, or ordering supplies. I came to this office in 2002, but have been working in the dental field since 1985. I was really impressed with the great variety of procedures available at this practice and the excellent patient care. You can tell that the doctors and staff really take pride in their work. Outside of the office you might see me spending time with my family, on the road on my Harley, or teaching my ladies life group.

Administrative Assistant

I take part in the scheduling process as well as the financial side of our practice. Although I have been doing this kind of work since 2004, I only just joined the team in 2011. I already feel welcome by doctor and staff. They are open, friendly, and happy. They really let patients know that they truly care and are here to help, and I love being part of a team that does that. I’m a Houston, TX native and proud mother of three. I enjoy volunteering for efforts that raise awareness of spinabifida and to animal rescue efforts.

I check your general oral hygiene and educate you on best practices to care for their teeth before and after treatments. I really enjoy helping people, so I’m happy to share any tips I know that could help you. I brought more than a decade’s worth of experience to our practice in 2007 and have loved the family-like atmosphere the doctors and staff create together ever since. I live in Missouri City, TX with my husband and stepson, but before I settled here, I spent much of my career traveling around Europe and other parts of the world.

Trust your oral hygiene to me. Since 1991, I have devoted my professional life to bettering patients’ smiles for the long run. I enjoy seeing you return especially when it allows me to see the positive development of healthier teeth and gums. I am still pretty new in the office, but already, I’m impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise of the staff here. These are the best I have had the privilege to work with in my career. A native of Illinois, I am pretty new to Texas, but my husband, children, dog, and I have found a great living in Midtown where we can enjoy the area downtown activities.

I have been assisting our dentist in any way I can since 2004. I have always enjoyed working with all the different patients. It is a joy to get and know each person who I help with treatment. As a native Houstonian, I have loved living in this area my entire life and happily settled down with my husband and our four sons. I am active in our church and like baking whenever time allows.

Meeting new people and helping them are my favorite parts of this job. I love assisting the dentists here and cannot believe how fast the time has gone. I joined the team in 2007 have loved every moment working in this office with a staff that truly enjoys what they are doing and cares for each one of you. Every treatment I assist in is one that the patient needs. I was born in Houston, TX and happily settled with my husband and two daughters. Every moment I have with them is precious.

Your good oral hygiene is my priority. Since 1991, I have loved this job, especially when I can educate patients and see their oral health improve. I joined this practice in 2008 and have grown to respect the staff and doctor who have proved to be honest, personable, and excellent. I moved to this area from New York with my husband five years ago. We had three children here and could not be happier with calling Houston home.

I handle of all things "front desk" at our office. I do your scheduling, check financial arrangements and collection, set up insurance, and take care of hygiene data. I have been in the field since 1975 and happily made the move to this office in 1998. It was an easy choice when I saw how qualified the staff was. We really are a family here. I have lived in Houston for 30 years, take great pride in my home, and enjoy yard work. Give me the great outdoors any day.

I handle scheduling, financial, and recall needs in the office. I truly love the chance to meet new patients and am really impressed by the doctors. You can tell that they really love what they do, which creates a great atmosphere for all of us working here. I have lived in New York but consider Texas my home. What I love most is here, my two children and the Houston Rockets.
