Lana Edwards
Lana was born in Arkansas and lived in Memphis, Tennessee before her father was transferred to Houston in 1959. She graduated from Westbury High School and received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in 1965.  Lana has over 40 years in the dental profession, and has worked in oral surgery, orthodontics, and general practice.  She has been employed by Dr. Rayburn and Dr. Hilliard since 1986. She and Robert along with their West Highland Terrier, Bogey live in First Colony. Lana’s hobbies include gardening, sewing, cooking, and crafts of any kind.

Vanessa Haskins
She has worked as a Dental Assistant for 18 years. Worked with Dr. Rayburn for over 3 years and enjoys it very much. Vanessa has been married to her high school sweetheart for 33 years. They have two children, a son and a daughter, and 5 grandchildren. She and her husband currently live in Manvel, where they have lived for 14 years.

Janna N Luna
She has been assisting for over 4 years. Janna was introduced to the dental profession when she was sixteen years old. Starting in Pearland, Texas in Sterilization, she was then trained to be a dental assistant, and has enjoyed her career choice. She has been working for Dr. Rayburn and Dr. Hilliard since September 2003. She was born in Galveston, Texas, was raised in Rosharon. Recently married in November 2004.

Rosemary Lyday
Rosemary was raised in the small community of South Side Place in Houston.  She is one of seven children.  Her husband Reed is a geologist and between the two have three children. Primarily, Rosemary is an artist.  She loves to paint, work with charcoals, and sculpt.  She also enjoys fabric art, and is blessed with a wonderful artistic heritage.  Her great-grandfather, Abbott H. Thayer was a major American artist during the turn of the century. However, aside from art, she loves gardening, reading, woodworking, and the small business world.  Rosemary has owned and operated a restaurant and a cottage industry in the past.  Working with the public and helping people gives her great pleasure, and thinks that is what our office is all about!  She has been with Dr. Rayburn and Dr. Hilliard since July of 1999.

Janice Riggins, CDA
A native Houstonian, Janice is married with four sons. She has been in the dental field for over 14 years. Janice is a national certified dental assistant (CDA) and a member of the American Dental Assisting Association (ADAA). Janice enjoys working with her patients and helping them attain proper oral care.

Renee Salamone
Renee was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. She has lived in Houston for over 20 years and loves to read, and spend time with her dog, Bear. She has worked in the dental field for 30 years, and has been with Dr. Rayburn and Dr. Hilliard since January of 1998.
